By creating an account or using You Call It, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You Call It is a private-group sports picks platform using virtual points. It is not a real-money sportsbook, payment processor, or gambling operator.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, to create an account or use You Call It.
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Use accurate account details and keep your password confidential.
You Call It is free to use. All balances, bets, and settlements on You Call It are virtual points only. Points cannot be purchased. They have no cash value, are not your property, are not redeemable, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value.
We may adjust, reset, or remove points at any time, for example to correct errors or address abuse.
You Call It is not a gambling service. You may not use it to arrange, collect, or pay real-money bets, entry fees, or prizes, or to record who owes or has paid money. You Call It does not facilitate, process, track, or guarantee any money changing hands between users.
Any arrangement users make among themselves outside the service, including an organizer collecting money from players, is solely between those users, is not part of the service, and is their responsibility to keep within the laws where they live. We may suspend or close groups or accounts we believe are being used for real-money gambling.
You agree not to abuse, harass, threaten, cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with normal platform operation. Group owners and platform admins may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
Users create and manage group content, custom games, and Player Bets. You are responsible for the content you post and for using lawful, respectful language.
Email addresses are used for account maintenance and in-app communications related to groups, games, bets, and platform operations.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Odds, win chances, pick rankings, and other sports information are provided for entertainment and information only. They may be inaccurate or out of date, and they are not advice to place a real-money bet.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Call It and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, platform abuse, or security risks.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
